The online store delivers to the United States via FedEx, DHL, or UPS within 10 to 12 working days.
All orders are shipped from France. Items are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. FedEx, DHL, or UPS ensures delivery within timeframes that may vary depending on the state. Once the order is confirmed, it is processed by our logistics department. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package, once it has been picked up by an American carrier, within approximately ten days.
In the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox informing you of the delivery attempt and inviting you to contact the carrier.
