CSR REPORT

OUR COMMITMENTS

At Sabre Paris, we believe it is possible to combine creativity, high quality standards, and responsibility.
For over 30 years, we have chosen committed craftsmanship that gives meaning to the creation of an everyday object: the cutlery.

Manufacturing in France, in our workshop located in Île-de-France,
designing with boldness and elegance, passing on know-how,
minimizing our footprint…

VISION & POSITIONING

Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility is now inseparable from our activities. It informs our decisions, our way of producing, creating, and collaborating.

Our model is built on deliberate choices: short supply chains, local production, responsible resource management, and a strong commitment to people and the transmission of skills.

Sabre Paris sees CSR as a natural expression of its identity: a modern, joyful, and demanding craftsmanship that respects its environment and all those who make this journey possible.

OUR CORE COMMITMENTS

Our CSR approach is built around three core commitments:

1. Protecting the environment – through local production, the choice of sustainable materials, and a focus on eco-design.
2. Promoting a responsible social model – valuing quality work, diverse profiles, and skills development.
3. Engaging in societal impact – by supporting responsible sectors, local partnerships, and awareness-raising initiatives.

APPROACH & CREDIBILITY

We are committed to a continuous improvement approach, based on dialogue, transparency, and action. Through this process, we aim to structure and highlight what we are already doing, while identifying levers for medium- and long-term progress.

At Sabre Paris, the management of the CSR approach relies on rigorous and evolving monitoring of ongoing initiatives. An internal CSR dashboard is updated every six months to track progress on key indicators: workshop energy consumption, proportion of recycled materials, evolution of working conditions, and gender distribution.

Established in Île-de-France since its inception, Sabre Paris emphasizes a strong regional presence that shapes its entire economic model and values.

The house chooses local production, carried out within its own workshop.

This centralization helps preserve a rare artisanal know-how, support local employment, and strengthen ties with the regional economic fabric.

Convinced that companies have a role to play in social cohesion and territorial development, Sabre Paris acts with restraint but consistency.

Every partnership, every solidarity project, and every choice of location reflects this commitment to staying true to its roots while taking concrete action for the common good.
